Sustainability

Generic Alt Text

An important criterion for evaluating a building is the factor of sustainability. For this reason, we aim at the energy efficiency of the buildings, climate protection and the economical use of resources.

The sustainability of a building can be certified by the following certificates. Each of them assess buildings in accordance to predefined criteria:

  • DGNB seal of quality (German Sustainable Building Council)

Takes into account ecological and economic factors.

  • Minergie standard (Switzerland)

Evaluates sustainability based on maximum values of the thermal and electrical consumption of the building.

  • LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

Ensures that the buildings are environment friendly, provide a healthy working environment and are profitable.

  • Zero Energy Building

A Zero Energy Building, known as Zero Net Energy (ZNE) building, is a popular term to describe the use of buildings with zero energy consumption and zero carbon dioxide emissions annually.

The Vecta can fulfill the demanding criteria of the aforementioned certificates and contribute significantly to the positive prospect for the sustainability of buildings.
